I’ve spoken before about how much I love Nutra Organics and their Thriving Protein as an addition in our household when you hear me speak about the boys “Non-negotiable Smoothie”. Thriving protein, especially in the early days, made a massive difference to us.
Unlike traditional whey proteins, this one is safe for little tummies and suitable for little ones from 12 months of age.
It is jam packed with whole-food powder built from organic, quality, nutritious, vegan ingredients that promotes growth and energy.
It contains essential vitamins and minerals - iron, magnesium, calcium, selenium, manganese, Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, Vitamin C, Folate and Zinc. It also provides a good source Omega-3 fatty acids.
Plus it is sugar free!

You might also know that I live for natural peanut butter. It is definitely a regular, if not daily occurrence in my morning routine. This Chewy Peanut Butter Protein Ball recipe from Nutra Organics definitely hits the spot and is the perfect treat for an afternoon pick-me-up to keep yourself or the kids happy before dinner.
I love the fact that it is a combination of carbohydrates, protein and fat that helps to nourish our bodies keeping energy levels up. They help to slow the release of sugar, which reduces the sugar spike that many other treats produce.
Like any other treat though they are designed to be consumed in moderation so even if they taste A.M.A.Z.I.N.G, don’t have too many at once!
