DR ERIN

BOWE

Dr Erin Bowe is a Clinical Psychologist and transformation coach for women, with over 12+ years experience supporting women through the worst traumas imaginable, to find growth, strength and beautiful resilience they never knew possible. Dr Erin is a mum to two November daughters who hate sleeping, who have taught her SO much about how our children are a huge uninvited invitation to gaze into the mirror of our shadows and feelings of unworthiness. Having navigated burnout, impostor fears, a small stoke, a near miss with postpartum psychosis and two traumatic births, Dr Erin works with women 1:1 through her 'Burn bright without burning out' Program. Her goal is to support women to cope with exhaustion, rage, unmet needs and martyrdom, and to live a life so full of fun and joy that they don’t need to find escape from it.
